I just want to briefly mention that I agree with Marvin. Those should
be two different things. The markup part should be made *compatible
with* 0394. I don’t think it should it be in 0394 and I think people
should be able to implement one without the other. But those two
things should be aware of each other and for example prevent
overlapping sections and stuff.
And then <attention/> but not actually <attention/> should be it's own
element that can but doesn’t have to be generated by the MUC service.
