SASL
mechanism name already conveys we are using FAST.
Unfortunately it does not. Fast can use any sasl mechanism and HT can be
lsed for things odher than fast. This is the whole reason fast has a second
layer os sasl mechanism negotiations. Though I'd love to see this replaced
with authcid or similar
