[Standards] Re: Proposed XMPP Extension: Pubsub Node Relationships

Does this protocol currently have any known implementations? I find it a bit odd that it seeks to specify a hierarchical structure, but says that any relationship to disco#items (the existinj mechanism for hierarchies) is out of scope.
