[Standards] Proposed XMPP Extension: Pubsub Node Relationships

The XMPP Extensions Editor has received a proposal for a new XEP. Title: Pubsub Node Relationships Abstract: This specification describes how to establish links between pubsub nodes, allowing for optional hierarchical organization.
