[Standards] Proposed XMPP Extension: Message Displayed Synchronization

The XMPP Extensions Editor has received a proposal for a new XEP. Title: Message Displayed Synchronization Abstract: This specification allows multiple clients of the same user to synchronize the displayed state of their chats.
