[Standards] Proposed XMPP Extension: Pubsub Node Bookmark

The XMPP Extensions Editor has received a proposal for a new XEP. Title: Pubsub Node Bookmark Abstract: This specification defines a bookmark element pointing to a Pubsub node URL: https://xmpp.org/extensions/inbox/pubsub-node-bookmark.html The Council will decide in the next two weeks whether to accept this proposal as an official XEP.
