Great, and don't worry: the summit is open to anyone. You don't need to be
an XSF member to attend.
I don't actually see your name on the participants list on the wiki though.
Are you sure you added yourself to the list?

booked our transport and accommodation. I added our names in the

to renew my membership, hopefully that does not matter too much for the
Summit?
Is there something else we need at this point?
