[Summit] FOSDEM Organisation and Promotion material

Dear all, I've just took the chance to update the FOSEM 2026 section a little bit. First of all, please check if you have material, ideas or also interest to use the opportunity to promote your project. That also if we get the projector setup run again (Ralph, maybe you can check the point made by Goffi and comment). I have also added suggestion on ordering new material.
