[Foundation] Who will own Jabber.org Foundation?

I am sorry ownership of the corporation has nothing to do with members, or
the limit of members by some arbitrary percentage from another organization.
The questions is, is the corporation owned by any other entity? If it is
not owned by jabber.com then say so, the bylaws are a different then
ownership. I just want to know if Jabber.com will own the foundation.
I have read the draft several times.

The Jabber Foundation (i.e., jabber.org) will be a non-for-profit
corporation owned by its members, with a 15% limit on the number of
members from any one commercial entity. This means that even if 15% of
the members come from Jabber.com, Inc., those members will not have a
controlling interest in the Foundation (even assuming that the
individuals who work for Jabber.com would be corporate tools who seek to
enforce some corporate policy or another, which I hold is not the case).
