[Foundation] JIGs and JEEPs

Well, *my* understanding is that jabelin.org is basically 1.4+ of the
existing open-source server coded in C. :) Other existing projects might
have separate identities (e.g., aim-transport, etc.), as might future
open-source projects such as a Jabber server written in Perl or Python.
