Jabelin is the "reference/standard" server development team. Currently that
means taking the 1.4.x code, cleaning it up, and then proceeding to enhance
it. It's primary function is to organize the core development and attract
new members into the development community. I think everyone needs to watch
their wording when talking about jabelin, it oftens sounds like it's a
split. It's not, same code, the name just refers to the team.
