Hopefully by August most of the current jeps are voted on :-) , any jeps
not voted on would go before the next council. At least that's how I've
always seem it work. Just my opinion.

Hrm this just made me think of another question. Should all outstanding
JEPs be voted on before the switch? And should any incoming JEPs wait
for the switch to occur? JEPs that would need to have their position
paper done during the transition period?
