[Foundation] reminder: early voting for Board + Council

This is a reminder that early (proxy) voting for the JSF Board and the
Jabber Council is going on now and will end around 36 hours from now. If
you don't vote now, you will still be able to vote during the annual
meeting scheduled for 2002-09-04, but if you would like to have your vote
presented via proxy (i.e., you don't have to attend that blasted
conference call with millions of others), then send a Jabber message to
memberbot at jabber.org and you will receive voting instructions. And if
memberbot is not in your roster, then let me know and I will remedy the
situation.
