Comparing someone to Hitler, Mussolini and Stalin is in considerable bad
taste when they are just trying to keep things on topic. If you want to
make an amendment, stop trying to make your case and just propose it so
people can second it, vote on it during the next meeting, to take effect
the meeting following.
