[Foundation] webcast

I've looked into the webcast option through MeetingOne (the company we're
using for the conference call, since Jabber Inc. has a contract with it),
but it's not particularly cheap (at least $500) and it is provided only in
Windows Media Player format (ick!). So I'm not sure it's worth it this
time. If the appropriate bylaws amendment passes then we won't have to
worry about this in the future.

Also I've found out how to set up the access codes for the conference call
and will follow up on that tomorrow, so if you want an access code, please
let me know (I think I've received at least half a dozen requests so far).
