[Foundation] today's JSF discussion

I'm sorry that you find this agenda mystifying. Unfortunately I'm at the
IETF meeting this week and I haven't been able to put much time into JSF
activities. Actually I'll be participating in a session about SIP/SIMPLE
at the time that the JSF discussion occurs but I didn't want to cancel our
regular discussion this week, especially since I was not able to attend
last week. So I basically copied over last week's agenda and added a few
items at the end.

Every week, the discussion agenda includes a period for open discussion.
It is there for a reason. As Jeremie posted a few days ago, he's been
talking with the members of the JSF board about your proposal. It has not
been swept under the rug and given Jeremie's post I don't think it is
accurate to say that your proposal "seems to have been rejected". If you'd
like to bring that up in the open discussion part of today's conference,
feel free to do so.

Peter
