[Foundation] THIS IS AN OFFICIAL VOTE OF THE JSF

I've been told that the title of my previous email was not clear enough,
so I'm writing it in all caps this time.

1. YOU MAY VOTE NOW on accepting the 18 people who applied for
JSF membership in the recent open application period (10/1 - 10/10).

2. YOU MAY VOTE THROUGH NEXT FRIDAY. This is the "proxy voting" period,
with voting handled by communicating over Jabber with the JSF's voting bot
at memberbot at jabber.org.

3. WE WILL HOLD AN OFFICIAL ELECTRONIC MEETING ON 2002-10-30. So if you
miss the proxy voting, you may attend the meeting and vote in the chatroom
(no conference calls this time).

WHETHER YOU VOTE OR NOT WILL BE COUNTED, AND IF YOU DO NOT VOTE YOU MAY BE
PURGED FROM THE JSF!

I PROMISE THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE ALL CAPS IN AN EMAIL TO
THIS LIST. ;)

Peter
