To add to this, we have also done a few more things.  We've delayed 
approving the IPR policy until we've obtained outside counsel to review 
it.  In addition, we've delayed approving the Council JEP process until 
some refinements are done to it by Peter.  Peter is heading up both of 
these activities. 

We're going to form a Finance comittee to review the budget.  Tony is 
going to clarify whether we owe any additional monies to JINC for original 
legal expenses.  We're also going to find an outside of JINC treasurer.

Finally, we've recognized that Tony is going to take the initiative to 
help draft how we're going to work with other integration standards as 
well as provide the Membership with an update on our IETF efforts.
