[Foundation] end-user survey

Great survey Peter! The only suggestion I would make is to provide a little
more explanation for some of the features listed. Just in case less IM/P
literate readers come across the survey it might better connect with them.
I'm not sure that my attempt will be better but to illustrate what I'm
thinking here goes.

For instance:

Reliable IM Gateways ---> "Reliable access to AOL IM, MSN Messenger, Yahoo
Messenger services or other Instant Messaging services"
Browser client --> "Improved Jabber Client products" (might add "please
provide more info in comment section")
Bigger network/ more users -> "More jabber users that I can connect with"
might split into two ->"Easier methods of finding users and
managing my buddy list"

I won't be insulted if you choose to ignore the suggestions...especially
since they would dash that fine formatting job you did with the feature list
