[Foundation] T-Shirt Fund Raiser Some Details

We've ordered a total of 7 now and everyone is very happy with them. I
haven't heard a complaint yet. I've seen them around informally quite a bit
here. Everyone is quite happy to wear them.

The quality of the T-Shirts is good too.
