This seems clear, it will remain the JSF during that time, as there

This one is indeed unclear from the proposal, though I think it's a
pretty unlikely circumstance, if the proposal passes.

The proposal is to remove the term "Jabber", so clearly re-proposing
"Jabber" wouldn't be an option for the Name Team.

The costs associated are to be investigated by the Name Team, according
to the proposal (Page 3, Name Change Procedure, Item 2).
