This may be obvious to everyone, but before names can be presented, 
they would need to be certified (i.e. legally qualified) to be free 
from trademarks, copyrights, etc. :) It would be somewhat ironic to 
pick a name that isn't really available, given the drivers behind this 
entire proposal.
