[Foundation] voting update

I won't interpret this as a joke. Calling an individual a hijacker, drug
dealer, kiddy porn trader or a follower of a political radical group, which
propagates political thoughts which express distinction of ethnical, religous or
political minorities must never be tolerated.  

I want to see actions against this obvious violation of netiquette,
politeness and proper behaviour.
