Plus Jabber, Inc AFAIK are passing the trademark onto the JSF so there 
shouldn't be any TM infringement, also any trademarks or the like are 
only likely to be enforced in this case if you misrepresent your 
company or its product e.g. you say you are Jabber compliant when 
infact according to the JSF's policies you are not and when notified 
still say you are compliant. Stuff like that, anyway this kind of stuff 
would be better answered by the JSF folks working on the trademark 
transfer.
