[Foundation] Jabber/XMPP H20 Projects

As the three new discussions are starting tomorrow morning US time, any 
new registrants on the Jabber/XMPP H20 site should make sure they 
joined the "Council" project. If you do not join the project, you will 
not receive the notifications when the rotisseries begin.

It's good to see many new people registering and joining the 
discussions.
