[Members] Introduction

[Edwin Mons]

Hi, everybody.

To conform with stpeters 'If you are a new member, please introduce
yourself', a short introduction.

My name is Edwin Mons, but some of you know me better as edwinm,
intosi at ik.nu, or Intosi.  I was introduced to Jabber a few years ago by
ralphm, and although at first I wasn't too enthousiastic about it (or IM
in general, loathed that stuff), I soon got hooked on Jabber and its
seamingly infinite possibilities.

More recently I started to program Jabber support in my personal
projects.  I'm also an avid jabber advocate, which got more or less
formal when I had to take over manning the JSF booth at FOSDEM earlier
this year when ralphm wasn't able to attend at the last moment.

I hope I'll proof myself worthy of being a member of the JSF in the near
future.  I'm still looking for a nice jabber/XMPP related project to
work on, so suggestions are welcome.

My main programming languages at this moment are Perl and PHP, although
I wrote a fair amount of C and C++ code in the past, as well.  Python is
a language that's still at the top of my wishlist, but I haven't been
able to push myself to learning the language.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask them.  There are no stupid
questions (well, maybe there are some...), just a lot of stupid answers.
