[Foundation] new member: Hal Rottenberg

Hey everyone,

Been kinda busy with school and such, but now I've got a free moment to
introduce myself.  My name is Nathan Walp, I'm 22 years old, and I'm
finishing up my B.S. in computer science at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg,
VA, USA.  

I spend my non-school-related keyboard time working on Gaim
(http://gaim.sf.net/).  I've been a developer for almost a year, and
have been contributing patches for about as long as I can remember.

I've got a lot of ideas floating around in my head for Jabber, but for
now I'll be spending most of my Jabber time just making Gaim as good as
it can be.  I think the multi-protocol clients have the potential to
play a big role in converting people to Jabber.
