I just got my Dr. Dobb's for March in the mail, and they've got a nice
little article describing procedures for creating bots using Ruby, PERL,
and Python, as well as a tiny introduction to Jabber (er, XMPP-IM) itself.
I'd say it's rather neat how far along Jabber has come, eh?
