With the promotion of XMPP-IM from Internet Draft to Proposed Standard, 
the author(s) of JEP-0126: Invisibility would like to move forward.  
This JEP provides guidelines for using privacy lists to enable presence 
invisibility.

I hereby motion for a last call on JEP-0126.  Please reply with any seconds.
