[Members] council silent?

hi,

i am just expressing a personal view, i somehow have the impression the 
council is a bit silent - maybe it's just due to those missing wednesday 
meetings (which i enjoyed a lot). those wednesday meetings, which were 
open to public, made the work of the council much clearer ... which i 
liked better :-)

but, maybe that's just my personal impression.
