because I was so involved in fixing the XMPP URI spec. If you have not
yet voted via proxy on the current topic, please send a jabber message 
to memberbot at jabber.org and we will hold the meeting at 18:00 UTC
tomorrow in the foundation at conference.jabber.org room.
