[Members] Screen reader capable Client?

Hi List,

does anyone here have further information about a Screen reader[1]
capable client?
The question was raised at jabber.ccc.de[2], and there is apparently
need for such a client - but I am not aware of a client who is already
capable of that. Maybe someone here has an idea..
