I'm finally messing with the Wiki and was wondering if there is anything
in place to prevent some black hatted Wiki user from changing someone's
membership application?

I know MediaWiki doesn't have ACLs so someone will probably need to keep
a watch on the revision history for each page to ensure only the creator
changes it. If the "Watch this page" check box sends an email like I
assume then this should be pretty easy to do. If not, then watchdogging
will have to be someone's job or something we all will have to do before
we review an application.

Another question is what kind of shaming shall we do against any black
hat Wiki user?
