[Members] REMINDER: JSF meeting and vote

This is just a reminder that the JSF will hold a meeting tomorrow at 
17:00 UTC. If you have not voted via proxy, please do so by 
communicating with memberbot at jabber.org over XMPP. You can also vote in 
the meeting but there's really no reason to attend the meeting if you 
are able to vote via proxy. I will leave memberbot up and running until 
around 16:00 UTC.
