Punjab already does this, so perhaps it's not even needed.

But we have a fun thread going on the JDEV list about possible projects.

We need to realize that in all likelihood, only one or two or three
people will probably apply under the Jabber/XMPP umbrella. The big list
exists merely to cast a wider net.
