This morning I realized that I never sent out the official notice, so we
can't hold the meeting today and conform to the Bylaws, which requires
at least 10 days' notice of the meeting date, hour, and place. Thus I
need to send out an official notice and we need to postpone the meeting
for at least 10 days -- I would propose 14 days (two weeks from today).
I'll keep memberbot up and running during that time so that proxy voting
can continue.

Expect another message from me in ~2 minutes.
