- JIGs/Workgroups of people working on (suits of) JEPs regarding some
area of interest (i.e. VoIP, filetransfer, encrytion).

together, show links between interdependent JEPs
- A kind of 'Getting started with Jabber Development' kind of
document/book.
I'm not too sure about the JIG/Workgroup thing, it gives more
fragmentation, more layers, more burocracy. Workgroups do have their
advantages, I'm just not sure if they are the right solution to the
problem in this case. I'm all for the other two idea's. Very busy this
week, if no-one get started with the 'Jabber Development Guide' I'll
take a swing at it.
