I'm not especially concerned about people creating modified JEPs or 
other documents and palming them off as the real thing, given that:

1. Clause 4(b) of the CC Attribution License [1] requires anyone who 
creates a derivative work to provide a pointer to the canonical URL for 
a JEP or other document.

2. It is well known that the JEP series is produced by the JSF.

3. Anyone who attempts to palm off heavily modified versions of JEPs as 
the real thing will be swiftly subject to severe publish shaming.
