Err...no. Not at all. Something that humans interact with, not flat pages.
The JEP / XEP is an authorative document...I'm thinking more of a proxy that
points to there, that people can tag, add comments to, say "I'm working on
this", "I'm having trouble with this" etc. etc.
These are more ideas perhaps for the jabber.org web.
