I don't see worldwide directories of email addresses as being so
useful.  I think the best use of this sort of info is already evolving
at a rapid pace with the social networking sites.  Does anyone know if
any advertise XMPP addresses in user profiles?  Live Journal maybe?
(I'm not a user.)
