21:50,31 <memberbot> Would you like to vote on the current topic? Please
answer yes or no.
21:50,34 <jcea> yes

Great! This election has several parts: (1) votes for the Board, (2)
votes for the Council, and (3) other matters subject to a vote. There
are 3 candidates for the Board, of which you may vote for up to 3. There
are 8 candidates for the Council, of which you may vote for up to 5.

Since memberbot requires an inmediate yes/no answer for each candidate,
if there are more people for a job that vacant positions, the first
candidates to be asked for will be favored by voters. More so if you
can't go back and change an already casted vote.
I would like also to be able to vote "blank" when I have no particular
reason to vote yes/no O:-)
