Can we position Jabber as the "standard" for interop? That is, transparently
go between networks?

If we make Jabber and related libraries the best/easiest way to implement
IM, and support transit to "legacy" networks, we win.

Pointers to JEPs, standards, or other technology-related b*tch-slaps
appreciated.
