In attendance:

0. Roll Call

All Board members in attendance, quorum achieved.

1. Sponsors

Mickael and Peter created sponsor page for Process-one.

Invoice on the way from USSHC for yearly hosting services so we can
determine the appropriate level for in-kind sponsorship. Peter has
worked with them on sponsor page and draft of press release.

Peter updated the website navigation to make the sponsor links more
prominent.

Peter still needs to create "polite invoice" to send to renewing sponsors.

Jonathan Siegle (infrastructure team member) is working on final quote
related to machine that HP has offered to donate.

2. FOSDEM

Alex has completed negotiations / reservations with the hotel.

Peter to work on agenda.

3. Annual Report

Peter and Alex to finish first draft by next meeting.

4. ICA

Alex has checked StartCom wizard pages into SVN, he and Peter will work
on revisions for improved flow and instructions.

5. Interop/Compliance

Peter has simplified the process for joining the nextwork and updated
the pages at xmpp.org. He will also make appropriate modifications to
the confidentiality agreement.

6. Deployment Forum

Peter has begun conversations with Jabber Inc. customers about their
interest in a deployment forum / XMPP operators group. The focus would
be improved communication among enterprises and service providers who
deploy XMPP services. Right now most of the conversations are focused on
 feeling out operators to see if they have an interest. The structure
and charter for such an effort have yet to be defined.
