I believe I sent my comments at the first appearance of 0224, and I  
read the last call version. It has all the things I was looking for in  
it. The Windows version of the SAPO client has something like that for  
some years now, and I'll poke them to switch the this standard now.

I have little experience with these so I was silent. I'm reading  
through both of them to see if something stands out (on a theoretical  
level only).
