I still think it would be best if the bot tells you "you can vote now"
and then you can use an ad-hoc command to get an xdata form where you
can select "Yes", "No" and "Later". If you select later, you can chose
this item later when you execute an ad-hoc command again. Or it could
even let you change your mind as long as the vote is not closed.
