This is just a reminder that we will hold a first meeting on Wednesday,
December 9th, at 18:00 UTC (convert to your local time as needed).

I see this as a brainstorming session to figure out what we want to work
on in 2010. Possible topics include:

- updated website using WordPress (Will Sheward has been working on this)

- more and better blogging (probably integrated into main site)

- whitepapers

- interviews? those were always popular in the old days

- podcasts?

- real-time updates, microblogging, etc.

- content edits of XEPs, including friendlier introductions

- tech pages at http://xmpp.org/tech/

- [insert your idea here]
