[Members] Summit 8/FOSDEM Hotel

XMPP Summit 8 will, like Summit 6 last year, be running alongside FOSDEM 
in Brussels, Belgium. Once again we'll be looking for a convenient hotel 
to hold the summit in.

For Summit 6 we used the Hotel Bedford (http://www.hotelbedford.be/) and 
before we begin looking at options for next year, it would be good to 
get any feedback members have on the Bedford, as it'll be on our list of 
possible locations for next year.

Comments on the facilities provided by and the location of the Bedford 
are welcome, as are any suggestions for alternate venues.
