That said, I'm actually not lost without network in my room, as long  
as there are reasonable facilities in the lobby. The trouble was,  
there weren't.

On the subject of Brussels vs non-Brussels, I find the proximity of  
the Eurostar to be rather handy, and frankly I'm not really there for  
the excitement of Brussels itself anyway. If I wanted to go to a nice  
city and explore it, I'd do it another time, with my family instead.

Not that you're not all fantastic company, of course, and not that I  
avoid having a glass or two of beer...
