[Members] voting results and meeting minutes

the minutes of our member meeting yesterday are here:

* all new and returning members were accepted
* all bylaw changes were accepted
* we had a quorum in the meeting and the proposed voting item was also 
accepted, so the board will be changed to 4 seats, which means Nicolas 
Verite is the 4th board member.
