[Members] XMPP Roundups and more

Well that's OK to collaboratively edit the Roundups of course, but
this is not the focus og my initial e-mail: I think we would better
talk about XMPP and the XSF everywhere we can, in order to promote the
XEPs, XMPP's features, working implementations...
